If you are installing an air handler, mini split, or condenser and need help with wiring, startup, or control setup, send us the unit model, indoor and outdoor pairings, and a clear description of the problem.

If the system turns on but is not heating, cooling, or moving air as expected, note the mode selected, remote or thermostat settings, and any visible error code before you reach out.

If your order arrived damaged or incomplete, take photos of the packaging, shipping label, and affected items. Include your order number so we can review the shipment quickly.

If a product page does not have the documentation you need, tell us the model number and which file is missing. We can help confirm whether a manual, spec sheet, or submittal is available.
